1. Introduction
Terms of Service BIPPO is a contract generation and transaction management tool built for Texas real estate investors. By using BIPPO you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it. Simple as that.
2. Who This Is For
BIPPO is built for real estate investors, agents, and brokers operating in Texas residential markets. It is not intended for commercial real estate transactions.
3. Your Account
Your subscription is tied to your email address and is non-transferable. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Don't share your login.
Team accounts include up to three user IDs under one account. The team leader is responsible for all activity across the account.
4. What BIPPO Does
BIPPO generates TREC-compliant contracts and related documents based on information you provide. BIPPO is a tool, not a broker, agent, or legal advisor. We do not buy, sell, or negotiate real estate on your behalf. The contracts you generate are your responsibility.
5. Your Information
Your data is yours. BIPPO does not sell your personal information or transaction data to third parties. We track usage within your account to provide you with activity reporting. That information stays inside BIPPO.
6. What You Can't Do
Don't use BIPPO to do anything illegal. Don't attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the platform. Don't use automated tools to query the system without written permission.
7. No Warranty
BIPPO is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it accurate and reliable but we make no guarantees about uninterrupted service or error-free output. You are responsible for reviewing every contract before it is signed or submitted.
8. Disputes
Any dispute arising from your use of BIPPO will be resolved by binding arbitration in Dallas, Texas under American Arbitration Association rules. Texas law governs this agreement.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll let you know. Continued use of BIPPO after an update means you accept the new terms.
